Personalize Your Letter

Please read these instructions carefully before entering your personalization info in the next page

Thank you for your payment! Your payment has been processed. A receipt for your purchase has been emailed to you. You may also log into your account at www.paypal.com/us to view details of this transaction.

Please enter below how many letters you ordered today and click the "Continue" button to begin personalizing your letters. Please fill-in the information on the next page while trying to be as complete as possible. Please pay close attention to proper name spellings (i.e. first/last names, address) in the child's letter (especially the name) will appear exactly as what is entered on this form. Do not worry about verbiage, tense, etc...your letters will be read & perfected by us. Make sure that names, cities, etc. are spelled correctly.
