We accept Major credit cards, E-checks, and bank account transfers via PayPal as our preferred method of payment. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make purchases on this site. For other payment methods, please Click here.

Please read the ordering instructions below

1. Decide on a
letter version on the
left (click on images to enlarge them). (Scroll down to see all of our letter versions) _____________

2. Enter Child's First & Last Name in the First Text Field, and Enter the Child's City & State in the second text field. Once you are finished entering the info, check the box, then click the "add to cart" button. Follow the same directions for any other letters you would like to order. These entries are not your letter personalization's, they are needed to enable us to match your payment to your letter order. Your personalization's will be entered following payment. Please do not close your browser after payment is complete!!...you will be brought back to our site to complete the most important part.... personalizing your letters! : )

3. You will then be taken to your shopping cart where you can check out. Please Do not add to or edit quantities in your shopping cart. Instead, return to this page (by clicking the "continue shopping" button on the shopping cart page), clear the "name" & "city/state" fields next to the letter samples and repeat steps 1, 2, 3 again if you would like to order more than one of a specific item #. Although we use Paypal to process your payment, no Paypal account is needed. Paypal is the safest, most secure method of payment available. We never come in contact with your financial information.

4. Once you complete the checkout phase on paypal, you will be brought back to our letter personalization page to enter and submit your child's letter parameters. Please do not close your browser after completing this step!!

*You may view your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the "view cart" buttons on this page. Please make sure your shopping cart reflects what you ordered.

*Orders placed before 12/1 will be shipped with authentic North Pole postmark on 12/1 unless specified otherwise in the "special instructions" during checkout. Orders placed on or after 12/1 will be shipped with a generic form of a North Pole ink stamp within 24 hours after payment clears unless specified otherwise in the "special instructions" during checkout.

*Christmas stickers are included with every letter.
